It's time to create! Join us for Art Journaling and express yourself! No prior experience necessary! All materials included! Classes focus on self care through art and taking time for you when you’re feeling stressed. Using mixed media, build on your journal each week or take it home and use the exercises when you need it! If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or just need to do something fun for yourself, try it out!
