Zoom Session Packages focused
on Stress Relief: 60 minute Sessions with Therapeutic Art Exercises.

Stress Relief with Friends!
Fill out the Contact Form & share your preferred date, contact information, estimated number of participants or any questions. You will be contacted with pricing details and booking.
Therapeutic exercises will be customized to the number of participants. Typically, each party can have up to three exercises depending on complexity.
Reasons to have a private event:
-Teambuilding or Staff Appreciation
-For a super chill, relaxing party
- Me–Time with Friends, Date Night, Low Key Relaxing Bachelorette (because you’re not into the crazy night out thing)
